Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

Our return policy is effective for 30 days once the product has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the new condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. We'll do anything we can to help get you the exact item you need. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and Customers are responsible for all shipping cost for orders and returns, with the exception of damaged goods, lost packages, or an error on our part. 

Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please send an email to sales@bedlamthreadz.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed with a 15% restock fee applied, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a 10 business days.  Shipping costs and taxes applied to shipping costs are non-refundable.

The only item that is not returnable is the TD-1 Kit. The kit must be permanently altered in order to assemble it and as a result could be damaged by the user if they do not follow the assembly instructions properly, or lack the required skill to assemble it. This items is clearly marked as such on the product page. Support will still be available through AJAX 3D if you encounter problems in assembling a working unit.
