Shipping policy

  • Shipping on orders above $150 CAD to Canada and the U.S.A. is free.
  • Shipping on orders above $200 CAD to U.K. is free. (EXCLUDING NORTHER IRELAND)
  • Shipping to the E.U. and Norther Ireland has been suspended due to GPSR
  • All items are being shipped from Toronto, Canada.
  • Cutoff Time: 13:00 EASTERN STANDARD TIME (TORONTO)
  • Order Processing: 1-3 Days  Monday - Friday
  • Order Processing for custom orders will be supplied with your quotation.
  • We Use the Following Shipping Partners: Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS, Ascendia, and Purolator depending on the destination country and if there are any shipping delays such as work actions. 
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking is included for almost all orders depending on destination availability for peace of mind. 
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable if a product has already been mailed out and the label cannot be voided.
  • If you require insurance or tracking for orders outside Canada, U.S.A. and U.K. please contact sales@bedlamthreadz.com before ordering.
  • International shipping is available. We ship using a variety of reliable carriers to ensure the best price/speed available. 
  • Customs/Duty/Taxes may be imposed on imported good by the destination country. This varies from country to country and depends on different factors such as the total amount paid for goods, the type of goods, etc. It is the sole responsibility of the ordering party to be aware of and be responsible for paying such fees if the destination government imposes such levies or taxes on your order. Please refer to your local post office for information regarding possible customs charges you may incur from your local government.

  • Damaged product is subject to review on a case by case basis.
  • Cancellations may be subject to merchant fees sustained for the transaction in the event the order is cancelled with no fault of Bedlam Threadz Inc.
  • In the event of a change of address for which Bedlam Threadz Inc. was not notified prior to shipping the purchaser shall incur all liability for the order cost.
